Thank you very much for this follow-up after our last maintenance visit.…. Rob explained everything in detail. He is always so professional and kind and I wanted to pass along that feedback for him personally as well. Thank you very much also for the advice about wiping down pans and disposing of grease in the trashcan. I had no idea about disposal via the sink causing more of a scum layer in the BAT tank.
